 Marianne Martin is a founding partner of Klondike Mortgage. She entered the mortgage industry in 1979, after graduating from college. Since then, her experience and mortgage education has put her a cut-above most all lending officers. She provides her clients with the qualities of sound business ethics and extensive mortgage knowlegde, that insures confidence & trust for her customers.

Marianne believes in staying on the cutting edge of the lending business, from the opening bell in the daily Bond Market to understanding the rapid changes in the mortgage market. This premise of being constantly updated in the daily market gives her the much needed information to place the best loans with the lowest rates for her clients. "You have to know the daily barometer of the mortgage market, otherwise you will not be able to give the best mortgage advice to your clients."

Apart from the industry, Marianne, Jack & "Lotta", (their german shorthair) live and play in the Sunriver area. She is a member of Sunriver Women's Golf League and Red Mountain Ranch Country Club in Arizona. Further, she is a member of OAMP, NAMB mortgage associations and the UW Alumni Association.
